2- The giveaway is open to residents of Ireland who are aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Camp Canada (and their associated brands), their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the giveaway.

3- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.

4 - By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5- The route to entry for the giveaway is to start an application for summer 2024 progress it to the interview stage and book your interview. If an individual already has an existing application but hasn’t progressed their application to the interview stage or booked in their interview they can also be included in the draw if they complete the necessary steps. Every person who starts an application and or/ progresses to the interview stage and books in their interview during the week of the 11/03/24 - 17/03/24 will be automatically entered into a random draw to win a bundle of official Camp Canada merch including two Camp Canada t-shirts, a Camp Canada Crew Neck jumper and a Camp Canada tote bag.

6 - To enter, the individual must reside in Ireland and start an application for summer 2024, progress their application to the interview stage and book their interview. If the individual has an existing application, they must progress to the interview stage and book their interview. These steps must be completed during the week of 11th of March - the 17th of March 2024 to be eligible for the draw.

7- The closing date for entry will be 17th of March 2024 11:59 pm (GMT).

8- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9- Camp Canada Limited shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

10 - Camp Canada Limited also reserves the right to cancel the giveaway if circumstances arise outside of its control.

11- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

12- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this giveaway.

13- The prizes are a bundle of official Camp Canada merch including a two Camp Canada t-shirts, a Camp Canada Crewneck jumper and a Camp Canada tote bag, including postage.

14- The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. These prizes are provided by third parties and we cannot claim any responsibility or liability for any changes made to the products by the relevant providers.

15- The winner will also be subject to any third-party providers/prize provider's terms and conditions.

16- It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure their ability to use the prize as meant.

17- We will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any prize winner that arises out of their failure to be able to use any prize, or misuse of it. Nor will we have any obligation to substitute an alternative prize, cash equivalent or other compensation where a prize winner is unable to accept.

18- A winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries received and verified by the Promoter.

19- The winner will be notified by their publicly accessible contact method within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

20- The promoter will liaise with the winner on how the prize will be booked and distributed upon claim. Once booked, the Promoter claims no responsibility for any changes or alterations made by third parties.
