Stay Active

Travelling doesn't have to mean sacrificing fitness. Instead, ditch public transport and taxis where possible. Embrace the opportunity to explore on foot or by bike. Not only will you get your daily dose of exercise, but you'll also unlock a unique perspective on your destination and save the planet whilst you’re at it. If you’re more of an adventure seeker, challenge yourself to a hike up a mountain, have a run on a beach, or rent a kayak and explore around a lake. Immersing yourself in nature is a fantastic way to stay active, meet like minded people and destress whilst travelling.

So make sure to find a shady spot to relax and cool down during this time. Pack a wide brimmed hat and sunglasses that block UVA/UVB rays. But definitely don’t forget sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher.
